so before moving to longview i lived with my parents,i was working go'n to the local junior college and helping taking care of my mom (whom was dignosed with her 2nd case of cancer),unfortunatly for me life got to busy and i had to drop out of college so i could help my mom out more at home and work more,then as my luck goes.... i lost my job in july of 2008, which i look back at and figure was a some what of a good thing because my mom got sicker and needed someone there for her all the time and i was more then happy to help, so from july of 2008 until march of 2009 i was jobless and taking care of my mom, as she started to get better i started looking for a job again but paris really doesn't have that many good paying jobs with out having a degree so i had to look outside of paris, i finally found a job in longview in march of 2009 and have been happily working there since ^_^, another great thing is that my mom when in to remission so no more cancer! YAY!!! lol so now i am mostly living in longview and try to make weekly trips back to check on my mom......

Lost in a sea of people
I can't find my way out
I try asking them for help
But no one sees me

They are all blind to me
They continue to push past me
Then I see you and ask you for help

Although I am sure all parents say that , but he really is. I enlisted into the Army at 17, back in June of '01. Spent time in Germany, got to travel all over Europe, and part of the UK. Served 15 months in Iraq, then back to Germany, and finally home and out of the Army at 21. Met my ex wife, got married, had our son, got divorced a few years later. Thats pretty much my entire adult life up to this point. So if thats not a summary I have no clue what is.

I'm really not into the bar/club thing anymore. Maybe I'm just getting to old but it just seems like to much of a hassle to me. I work nights five days a week and every other Saturday for now so that doesn't leave much time for going out, but if we are interested in each other then I'm sure we would be able to figure something out.

I am a hard working professional with a demanding job. I like to be surrounded by a small circle of close friends but have many friends. I like to go to the movies, dinner, shopping, go out from time to time. I love to travel, garden and cook.

My hobby is spending time with my children! I came out of a bad relationship over two years ago and now I am ready to ease back into the dating scene. This time - I'm gonna be picky! I am NOT into games, or drama! No psychos need respond! I also can't tolerate jealousy. If you can't be confident in me, and aren't confident in you, we don't belong together. I am looking for someone to establish a long lasting friendship first that has the potential to develop into more. The ability to carry on an intelligent conversation is required! I am active in church and that is important to me. I am somewhat OCD, but not to an unhealthy extreme - I know how to compromise, but can't tolerate a messy house.

I could tell you about myself, that I'm affectionate and loving, that I'm well educated and well traveled, that I'm witty and fun but I think it may give you better insight if I share with you what I'm looking for, because that it also what I have to offer...

I want someone who is also affectionate, who has an open heart...we've all had bad relationships, but you have to remain hopeful and open. I am a single working woman with two boys grown and gone, but still have a very close relationship with them. I have a mature personality, some people assert that I've matured far past my peers I even look a few years older than my real age from what people tell me. I'm heavily introverted. I like to go places every so often, but I also love to stay at home and watch movies. Physically, I like to have my personal space. I don't like for people to invade it. I respect the space of others as well.

I do not give into the temptations of social lifestyles. I do not drink, smoke or do drugs. I never plan to and it's even hard for me to be around individuals while they are doing anything of the sort. I don't like large groups of people. I prefer one on one interactions with new people and small groups with close friends. Around people I can be a little uptight at first but once I get to know the persons I can open up. My friends think I'm funny because I have a crazy sense of humor and because I make very non generic, more intellectual jokes.

I have a creative side. I love to write. Primarily short stories with no real beginning and no definite end. I would also like to express myself through art but I've never had a formal lesson and get very frustrated with my pictures don't come out very well. I love to watch movies.
